1. HOW TO BOOK
Please select the tours of your choice, and then consult your request to our staff. Booking can be made up to 14 days prior to the date of your arrival. However, to avoid disappointment, it is suggested to make your booking at least one month beforehand, especially during the months of July, August, December and January.

2. TOUR AND OTHER SERVICES PRICE
Tour packages, Hotel rates are quoted NET, inclusive of 11% government tax and 10% service charge. Special price may be applied for special arrangement.

3. RESERVATION & COMMUNICATION PROSEDURES
All reservation requirements and all communication and coordination for information should be in written form such as; mail letter, facsimile or e-mail. Reservations are normally confirmed by reply fax or e-mail immediately as possible

4. DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION
A deposit 50% of tour price should be paid at the booking moment and the balance should be paid upon the confirmation of the booking. For some reasons, this deposit is fully unredeemable when the arrangement is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival.

5. PAYMENT PROSEDURES
Full pre payment should be settled in advance, two weeks before commencement of service is required. Bank transfer payment system is accepted but with an addition of US$ 25.00 for each transfer. Bank account number will be passed to you after an agreement is made. 3% additional charge will be applied for any payment by Credit Card.

6. REFUNDS
For the unused service including in the program no refund will be paid directly to clients either in full or in part after commencement of traveling.

7. TRANSFERS & TOURS
All transfer and tours are provided with fully AC coach & bus according to the number of participants and accompanied by all licensed guide of multi language.

8. VOUCHER
For travel agent, Please issue one voucher for all services required clearly explaining services to provide and itinerary should be forwarded with the voucher and only these service detailed will be provided. A copy of confirmed voucher and itinerary must be received before arrival of clients and please addressed to Pacific Indah tours & travel. Original voucher should be submitted to us upon clients’ arrival at the first point and will be return with invoice as proof of services provided.

9. NO SHOW
One night cancellation fee will be charged for now show on hotel reservation.

10. INSURANCE
Travel insurance is not included in the price so, please have your own insurance

11. LIABILITY
PT. PACIFIC INDAH TOURS & TRAVEL acts only as an agent for tour operators, hotels, airlines, bus, company, cruises and contractors providing accommodation. All coupons, orders, contracts, and tickets issued by the company are issued subject to any of all bill terms and condition under any accommodations. The hotel, airlines, bus company owners or contractors provide transportation and any other services or whatever.
